The teachers are not wholly satisfied that they are doing justice to learning the important factual information. They do a lot with culture and mythology, but don't get into very many of the actual historical occasions. It wouldn't surprise me if they look at me one day, raise their eyebrows, and ask me what I think they should emphasize more. If you were to give a "top ten list" of events in Greek history and in Roman history, what would they be? If you wished to give further information it would be welcomed, but even a collation of opinions about top events would be really interesting. Dave Spotts koinepub@prodigy.net .
