Ride til dark. Some tempo work and hard pushes, maybe hills. Leaving from N.End of the hub/asuw shop. Thursday. 1pm from the Hub 2-3 hrs, unless other people can or want to ride later. Email me if you want to go. Friday. 8:30am 2 or 2.5 hrs at a chill pace. Tentative ride, email me Thursday nite to confirm. I have a project due friday that I am trying to finish. Races - I will be doing both this weekend since I am having surgery on Monday and will be out for awhile. After last weekend I have some recommendations. If you can only do one race do Sequim. It is in some freakish rain shadow and the chance of decent weather is much higher. The course is flatter (good or bad? up to you) but still fun. Contact me for ride info. I will drive to one but would like to carpool to one or the other or both. Also, if people want to stay and marshal either race to get their entry fee back I would do that too. It is worth the money to hang out and watch the 1/2's. sorry to spew. lates troy h. _________________________________________________________________ Protect your PC - get McAfee.com VirusScan Online http://clinic.mcafee.com/clinic/ibuy/campaign.asp?cid=3963 .
