Hi All--
While poking through my slides from Vietnam, I ran across a sign
photographed in Saigon for the 110 Signals Squadron.  The crest
(presumably for the Royal Australian Signals) shows Mercury (sans the
usual winged feet) balanced atop a globe, with a banner surrounding the
globe bearing the motto "Certa Cito."

Other than figuring out that "cito" has something to do with speed, I am
at a loss.

Can anyone provide a translation?  I'll be putting up a webpage on these
slides in a few days, and I'd like to have the translation before I do
so.
