that is a tough one; like you said, there are SO many albums.  a lot of
Melvins fans like Bullhead, but i haven't heard this...personally, i like
Stoner Witch and Stag a lot.
i saw them at Ozzfest and it was quite disappointing, as they only played
about 5 songs, but King Buzzo did play with Tool for a while.

 And was watching Jeopardy the other

what the monkey?  which one?  it has to be the one day i miss Jeopardy...and a
great show it is!

 And considering that members of

actually, Dale Crover, drummer for the Melvins, filled in on drums while
Nirvana were between drummers on a few recordings (which can be found on
Nirvana's album Incesticide), and he might have also played a few shows with
them, but none of the Melvins were actually in Nirvana.  they were big
influences, however.
and they do fucking rawk!
