Hey all!
Sorry, I've been sort of delinquint(sp?) these past two weeks...you know,
with finals, and projects around the corner and all.

The flavor of the week for the week of March 11th is....
Elmer's Stuffed French Toast!
Elmer's is a breakfast chain all around the state of Washington, but the
closest one is in Lynnwood.
The stuffed french toast is two fluffy, flakey, peices of thickly sliced
egg battered
french toast stuffed plentifully with swiss and cheddar cheese.
Chives, thick slices of Honeyed Ham, and a buttery hollindase sauce (which
is basically a cream sauce with a touch of peppery jalapeno.
Feel free to drizzle the whole thing with maple syrup and dabs of butter.
This unique concoction melts in your mouth and keeps table conversation at
a stand still it's so good!

I give Elmer's stuffed french toast **1/2 stars.
