Since there's a meeting on thursday night, we will have spin class on Wednesday.  Troy is going to lead, and he promises it will be a useful practice with race like scenarios.  Email me to reserve a trainer or to let me know if you can make it.  
other than that, spin session will be at the same place and the same time- 7:00 warm up and stretch and we'll get started with the sets at 7:30
