I have a student who was born in AZ, went to HS in AZ and has been
attending College in AZ.  His mother and stepfather live in WA and he wants
to attend college here.  Do I need to have tax information with his mother
and stepfather claiming him or does it matter?  I have a WA drivers licence
and auto reg. placing mother in the state starting in july of 1997.  Is
that enough?
