The Department of Civil Engineering and Geological Sciences at the
University of Notre Dame currently has 10 fellowships for graduate study
toward a Ph.D. to be offered to outstanding incoming graduate students. 
Women and members of underrepresented groups are particularly encouraged
to apply. 

They offer a stipend (minimum $14,400 per year), a tuition scholarship 
and a professional development fund ($7,500-$9,300) which can be used for 
books, equipment, etc.

board on the second floor of More Hall.
