A small bug fix and a small enhancement has been added to msgs.  

- code to automatically clean up bogus/duplicate entries in the
.uwmsgsrc file was not being executed in the currently installed
version.  this has been re-enabled.

- code to handle non-interactive use of the program has been added.


This version will go online on Wed, 24 August 1994
