WACs were recently updated with very minor changes to reflect:
*	Resident classification for students in the home tuition
program, and
*	Resident classification for members of selected American Indian
tribes.
Both changes are included in WAC 250-18-020.  In addition, the exemption
for domestic exchange students (in WAC 250-18-060) was deleted.
