The World Data CD that comes with Maptitude has a worldwide file CCWLDUT.CDF, based on DCW, which displays with a theme with four categories of utility lines: - Above ground pipelines - Power transmission lines - Telephone or telegraph lines - Underground pipelines Also, TIGER/Line files have Census Feature Class Codes (CFCCs) for pipelines, powerlines, etc., which you can import with Maptitude, though these are more for creating block boundaries than for creating transmission networks.
