In the "To:" header I put my own e-mail address. ie I send myself a copy of the page or its URL. Once the page (or URL) is in my inbox I can drag it into various folders that I have created in Outlook to organise my e-mail and web pages. A page on West Nile Virus might go into Vectors/Mosquitoes/WNV. A page on leptospirosis Vectors/Rodents/Lepto etc etc. It works for me!
