I would prefer the last week of July and I have no preference about the
day(s) in which it is scheduled. Can someone give me an approximate idea of
the cost? This will be my first meeting with the group and I would like to
include this in our budget.

Hi All,

I spoke with the Registrar at Bothell, Hung Dang, and he said the
auditorium is open the last two weeks of July.  I cannot remember what day
of the week works best for most of you.  We will do our best to accomodate.

When you send me a date choice include any suggestions for agenda.  HBl079
and its repercussions will definitely be one item.  Implementing the new
regulations will be another.

Several of you have mentioned interest in a new Residency Handbook.  I do
not know if the Handbook has been updated, but we will put the question
out there.

I would like to make a decision by June 7, so please respond by that date.
