Gentleman,

Many of you know that NLI/Convention was held this past week in Tampa Florida, three actives attended including myself. It was a great learning experience for everyone, and the three of us came back with innovative and productive ideas to add some positive changes to Zeta Mu. I am pleased to give a report of the events of the 58th NLI and 70th Convention.

After 6 years of service to the Daniel R. Neal Province, Lewis H. Wyman "Sonny" has stepped down as Province Commander, and in his place I am pleased to report that Doug Heilman will now take over as Province Commander. We were pleasently surprised to find this out last week. We also have a new Western Regional Advisor, a Zeta Mu former number 1, Jeremy Gillespie, taking over for Cas who moves on to Chapter Development with the National Office.

For those interested the 37th Knight Commander is Ben W. Satcher Jr., and the new senior councilor (next Knight Commander is J. Michael Duncan).

Finally, the attendees of this years NLI/Convention are pleased to announce that Zeta Mu has recieved its fourth Ammen Award for chapter excellence. The Ammen is awarded to the top 15-20 percent of the Order's chapters and Zeta Mu continues to strive amongst the Order.

If anyone would like further details about this years NLI/Convention don't hesitate to contact me.

Thank you,

Jason Durand
Zeta Mu
President
