Hey, David: how about a list on your website of books available and names
(but not e-mail addresses); users can then post a message "hey, David
Meadows/Patrick Rourke/Jim Pfundstein/&c. get back to me, I'm interested in
your copy of Dodds' 'Ancient Concept of Progress'"?  You'd have no links
directly to the book page except via the signature of the list digest; and
one would have to subscribe to post a message.
