Hi all

Looking for some thoughts on this one:

I have an individual who's wife became employed with our university
starting Fall 03.  Used the spouse waiver Fall 03-Spring 04 for res
tuition

Put earnest money down on house in June 03
Closed in July 03
Returned in Aug 03 with personal belongings
Enrolled Fall 03 for 6 credits
Enrolled Winter 04 10 credits
Enrolled Spring 05 9 credits
Did wdl and voter reg in dec 03
Vehicle reg in oct 03

What's your thoughts on presumption, no presumption and thoughts on
which way to go?
I have an idea what I should do, just wanna see if some of you out there
are thinking the same way I am.
