Tues: Sprints to St Edwards(45 min), 1/2 hour single track, sprints (if possible) back. Time: 2 to 2.5 hours I finish classes at 10:30 am and will do it at any time after that so long as I get home by 7pm Wed: Mellow long distance ride; lake loop, St Michelle Winery, etc... I'll go at least thirty miles. try to avg around 50 to 60 I finish classes at 1:30 This ride shouldn't take more than four hours, I'll try to avg. three Fri: Two minute intervals... no place in mind, just speed, pain and endorphins I'm out of class by 10:30, gotta be to work by 7pm This ride souldn't take more than two hours Weekend: Single track (need I say more?) I'll go either Sat. or Sun, or both I'm completely flexible about time (I don't have a car so I must go with others) but usually get going as early as possible: trailhead by 10:00 am. If I don't ride with friends, I go with Wegdgwood Cycle who offers free rides (with carpooling) to the best trails around on Sundays. It's good to train with other people, and I really want to make a place in mountain biking with the UW. Give me a call (524-2372) or write me if you want to head out. I'm riding tomorrow. Take it easy, Nick .
