" dlgv32 Pro is a significantly enhanced version of the popular dlgv32
software offered by the USGS for viewing their data products. For those of
you unfamiliar with the original dlgv32 software, it offered the ability to
view pretty much every data product offered by the USGS in a graphical
manner. This included but was not limited to DLG-O, DRG, DEM, DOQ, SDTS DLG,
and SDTS DEM products as well as several elevation-based products not
supplied by the USGS (GTOPO30 and TerrainBase to be exact). For a more
detailed description of the original USGS software, see the dlgv32 website.
"

If you need this kind of software, it may be well worth the few bucks for
the PRO version. I have not tested it out, if some does, please report back.
