Virjean,

I have a student who's parent is with US Mission to Euro Union.  Her
sister is at U of WA paying in-state tution.  Dad sent a copy of ques
from U of WA with his driver's license.  Can you verify for me or do I
have to have him complete a questionnaire from our school?
