We have over 1.5 million addresses (20 years worth) to geocode and there are perhaps 25 % that have varying degress of "dirtiness". These will require substantial data hygiene and standardization prior to geocoding. For annual updates (40,000/yr) we anticipate acquiring the inhouse resources (software, data) to do the geocoding on the raw data after it is submitted by the numerous reporting sources. "Richard E.
