I will be 'ride leader' for Saturday. Sunday is still to be determined. What being a 'ride leader' entails is picking a route, emailing the team what the route will be then keeping track of people on the ride. Also, it is the ride leader's responsibility to carry the team 22, and bust a couple of caps at any drivers who try shit. (If you don't have your gun-handlers permit, don't worry we can get you one.) Everyone gets to do it, it's just a matter of when. Email me if you are interested in leading Sunday, or you know a weekend that works better for you than others. In general, the plan is to go north on Saturday and South on Sunday. So, this Saturday, Hollywood hill. We go north for about about 15 miles (no drop) til' we get to a big hill. Then everyone gets dropped, except one person i.e. whoever drops everybody else. Then we regroup at the top of the hill. From there we can either head home or do a little extra loop. We'll see how legs feel and the weather looks. 45 to 60 miles. Happy Friday. ~Galen .
