Spinning again Tuesday at 7PM at the Ocean Sciences Bldg loading area.
It is at the east end of Boat St, on your left, right before you get to
the parking gatehouse. Email me to reserver a trainer, bring a block to
prop up your front wheel, maybe 2 to simulate a climbing grade.  And
bring something to drink with some salt in it so you don't cramp.
