We are planning to collect 300-400 measurements in a 2-hour period, focusing on small to medium-sized urban to suburban systems. We are likely to have a number of streams, however, for which we'd like to have data but do not have anyone to collect it. If you are interested in helping out, the date is August 19th from 3-5 PM (weather permitting--it's not too useful if it's raining!). We have thermometers and some vehicles (and we'll probably need to have a party back on campus when it's all over!). Contact Derek Booth (dbooth@u...)at the CUWRM by email, by Thursday of THIS WEEK, if you can help out. Details will follow! .
