This data will be included in Vista/PH 9.3. 2) Revisions to the death and hospitalizations categories. -The heart disease category in "NCHS Published Categories" mortality rates needs to be corrected. The category "Hypertension with or without renal disease" (401, 403) was inadvertently rolled into the "Heart Disease" category (390-398, 404-429).
