OK, this is your last reminder (for this week :-)

Track class tonight (Mon) and Thursday, 6:30-8:30 pm, Marymoor Velodrome

Fee is $35.

Required equipment: Pedals, shoes, helmet (chamois optional but recommended)

Email me if you've got any questions.

If you have ANY intentions of trying out the track this year (or next) I
strongly suggest you get this class out of the way now.
