By name calling, "...how dangerous the right wing can be..." and and further demonstrating a closed minded approach to resource issue understanding (" At best it informs us to how dangerous the right wing can be and at worst it misdirects our energy into a shouting match between those with opposing vested interests.") we too, soon polarize our thought processes. Frankly, that's bad for science and for life in general. Neither right wingers nor left wingers are, necessarily, BAD people. Would you have us all "look" alike? If so, why not clone the GOOD ones of us and select a merciful way to eliminate the rest? I can think of a few places where this has been tried. Can't you? I don't normally give advice, so consider this a suggestion. Let your enemy also be your best friend. James R.
