I am forwarding some information regarding a proposed change for Combat Archery, Anti-Bounce Devices (ABD) for wood and fiberglass shafted arrows. The message from Master Mordecai presents an argument against this proposal. I will also be forwarding a response that appears to support this proposal. You should weigh all the considerations for determining whether you support this proposal or not, and whether you wish to express your opinion to the Society Marshal.
