June 16 World Music 2000/CHILDREN OF THE REVOLUTION is producing a benefit concert for BABES, a local support group for women with HIV on Saturday, June 16th, at 7:30 p.m., at UW's Meany Hall for the Performing Arts. Children of the Revolution is a theatrical ensemble made up of 15 musicians, singers and dancers from 8 different nations including Spain, Greece, Turkey, Croatia, Fiji, Iraq, Japan and the U.S. Seating is reserved and all tickets are $15.00 ($20.00 at the door) and that includes a champagne reception/wrap party immediately following the concert.
