(hehehehehehe just kidding...)I just wanted to thank all of you for praying for me...i had bronchitas and now it's healed thanks to your prayers.. my family crises with my cousin is still an issue but God has already started to work a miricle...he is no longer on life support because he began breathing on his own! we are all just now waiting for him to come out of the coma...please continue to pray with me... I hope everything back home is going well and that all of you are in tip top shape health and everything wise. I have 9 days left here in Bangkok and i'm just in the process of wrapping up this "God Training Time" as i've learned to call it. I"ve learned so much here!!! I thank God for every single lesson that he taught me out of his love...it was wonderful. I think i'm ready to come home but my heart is still very much here in Bangkok with the budding ministy here...but i think i'm coming home much more focused upon God's plan for me and much more confident in His will for me, as puzzling as it is sometimes...:) i miss all of you and I miss all american food, i can't tell you how many times i've dragged the missionaries here to pizza hut just so I can satisfy my craving for cheese...i can't find any cheese. i found a starbucks in siam center other day and had a mocha, first one after two months...(yes i know...all of you are gasping.."can it be so??? Christine without coffee for that long???) yes it's true. it was so strong i thought my heart was going to pump out of my shirt...i think my pupils were dialted...heheh. I think an important thing that God has taught me here in Bangkok is that in ministry you have to learn to support and to love EVERYONE...AND I MEAN EVERYONE. it's been hard but i've learned to deal with it and to see even people that intentionally attempt to slander and hurt through God's eyes..and because of this i've been able to turn the other cheek many times...I've still been able to reach out and love those that do not intend to do the same. I know I didnt come halfway across the world to get hurt by the people I meet, and God has amazingly not allowed for that at all...instead He has provided me with constant joy, unending energy, and a growing faith and trust in His plan. I'll share more about everything when I return...it's been a literal "JOY RIDE" . again, thanks for the many prayers and the wonderful encouragements... everyone has been needed and greatly GREATLY appreciated... i miss you all and love you all lots!!! There's so much more I want to write but I gotta go to sleep early so I can pick up the kindergarteners early tommrow morning... In His Name...
