(if i haven't told you yet, i'm in a band, we play korean music) i'd really like it if you could come. we're playing this thursday (tomorrow) from 11:30am to 12:30pm on the hub lawn as part of the bite of asia. if the weather isn't nice, sort of like how it is right now, we'll be playing inside the hub ballroom. and then, on may 22nd, the saturday after this coming one, we're having a concert, sponsored by ksa. i'm not a hundred percent sure about the details, i think it starts at 7:00pm at the south campus center, and you have to buy tickets in advance, i'm not too sure how much. just let me know if you want one. well, since most (all?) of you people are Christian, i guess i should warn you about the concert. well, first of all, wbo people should go to your retreat but if you could make it after that'd be nice. ok, well, the big deal is that drinks will be served there to people over 21. if this is a problem, i can understand. and if you're over 21, then you're welcome to drink, but i just want you to keep in mind what it says in the Bible about not causing your brother to stumble, and so i would encourage you not to, at least that day. i'm sort of hesitant to tell you about the concert just because of this fact, because i don't want to cause any divisions or things of that nature. so if you do decide to come, please know what the atmosphere will be like and be considerate of where other people are in their spiritual walk. ok, that's all. i promise not to send too many emails like last time. bye. young -- "i gotta believe!" - parappa the rappa "a man should not be ashamed of coarse food, humble clothing, and modest dwelling, but should only be ashamed in not being cultivated in the perception of beauty." - young hill kang (early 20th c.
