Please pass this information along to interested students. JOB DESCRIPTION: The IP&E student assistant will primarily responsible for assisting the Program Assistant and the other IP&E staff in the daily operations of the office. Specific activities include: 1. Facilitate student use of the IP&E resource/information library. 2. Act as an advocate for the IP&E office. Assist in the coordination of program orientation meetings and market study abroad opportunities to the student body. 3. Provide general data entry and computer support. Should be comfortable with using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Access. Be knowledgeable of HTML and web-page maintenance. 4.
