Every morning we start with QT and prayer. For the last two days we are staying in Tashkent. We plan to leave for Afg. tomorrow morning. We will be flying to the border and crossing on foot to the other side. Most likely, we will be driving to Kabul, (10 hr) drive over the Hinduskush mountain range (10,000 feet) to go there. We are excited to see the land. So much blood shed, terror, hatred, and violence for the last 20 years. We are praying for His grace and mercy. From testimonies of the leaders who have begun work in Af. He is moving, and moving really fast and this is the time and the opportunity to enter and to work is urgent. The leaders feel that EM missionaries are especially needed desperately. Continue to intercede for us. We will be coming back on the 10th to Tashkent. and from 10-13 we hope to be teaching and working with students at Tashkent Uni. Shin hee and I have a 4 day old peach fuzz of a beard that we are desperately trying to grow. Eating the food here and just enjoying the land and praying for Uz. and Af. we are asking that ANCC would wake up and raise more effective and committed servants to work and serve abroad. this world is so open and so wide. why not eh???? Sylvia Shin and I are doing just fine. This will probably be the last contact you will receive until we return. We can't even contact our base in Mazar-I-Sharif (which is where we will be going). Blessings to you all, Lots of love. The Team.... _________________________________________________________________ Send and receive Hotmail on your mobile device: http://mobile.msn.com .
