This version of that report provides estimates of cocaine, heroin, and marijuana consumption in the United States from 1988 through 1998 and projects estimates for 1999 through 2000. Also, for the first time, this report provides comparable estimates for methamphetamine and estimates of the supply of herion to American consumers.
