Dear INDKNOW Members,

International Network on Ethnoforestry is inviting the nominations for the
"Ethnoforester of The Millennium" honour. This is a recognition to
individuals who have contributed to the cause of ethical retieval,
transmission and innovative application of knowledge on ethnoforestry.

Nominations must include:
# 1. Full name, address, phone, fax, e-mail, website etc. of the nominee.
# 2. Statement of the reasons, in about 250 words, to qualify for the honour
# 3. Geographical area and field work of the nominee including list of
publications on the work of the nominee, and list of publications written
by the nominee.
# 4. Examples of the work of the nominee, in brief, in the areas of:
      a. Ethical retrieval of Indigenous Knowledge on Forest Management
      b. Ethical Transmission of Indigenous Knowledge on Forest Management
      c. Ethical and innovative application of Indigenous Knowledge on
Forest                      Management

#5. Full address, position, fax, phone, e-mail of the nominator.
