Here are the directions: Go West on Spokane Falls Blvd past the convention center. Go past city hall and the library. At a stoplight stay in the right lane. When you get past the library take a sharp right (greater than 90 degrees) and go across the Monroe St. Bridge. Go 2 blocks and turn left on College Avenue. (there is a muffler shop on the corner) You will see the Health district - it is 4 stories high, with white brick and 4 round corners. Parking should be available on Sunday. SPOKANE COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT 1101 West College Avenue Take I-90 to the Lincoln exit (Lincoln is a one-way going north). Get to the left hand lane and at the end of Lincoln that lane will make an S turn and take you across the Monroe Street Bridge. Go two blocks and take a left on College avenue. The health district is the 2nd building on the left.
