During the winter especially it is harder for some to make it to meetings so here are some ideas we had. Could you tell us if this would help you all attend the assessment meetings. 1. Instead of having 4 meetings in Olympia, Mt Vernon, Spokane, and Ellensburg - continue with our summer schedule of 3 sites - Olympia, Mt Vernon, Moses Lake. 2. Allow for the option of people who would like to conference call into the meetings. 3. Start the meetings a little later (10am) to allow for drive times for those further away and end no later then 3:30 so everyone can get home earlier. These where the things I could think of - let me know if there is anything else and what you think of these ideas. I know the winter months are difficult to coordinate meetings and we want everyone to be safe so... if there is anything else we can do? You can send comments directly to me or post to the listserve.
