hey guys. 
try this for kicks!

You have ten gold nuggets. However 1 of these weighs different than the other 9. They look the same and feel the same. You have a measuring balance with no numbers...kinda like a seesaw...where you can weigh the nuggets. The only problem is that you ONLY have 3 tries to determine which 1 is the mismatching nugget. Each time you weigh some combination of nuggets, it counts as a try. There's only one right way.
