The Puget Sound Society for Conservation Biology (PSSCB), a chapter of 
the Society for Conservation Biology, proudly announces the opening of 
its web page at http://weber.u.washington.edu/~acooper/psscb

This page includes announcements for upcoming events, an on-line 
version of the PSSCB Newsletter, forms for automatically 
subscribing to the chapter's e-mail listservs (announcements, 
jobs, and activist listservs...all open to the public), background and 
contact information for the chapter, and of course, a section of links.

The layout and graphics of the page were modeled after SCB's home page 
(http://conbio.rice.edu/scb/) to help emphasize the connection between 
the local chapter and the international organization.  If you are involved 
with a local SCB chapter and would like your chapter to have its own web 
page, contact us and we can send you the template files which you can 
then customize (only minimal html coding experience needed).
