I'd be willing to give 20 bucks to the first person who can successfully connect my machine in my dorm......I am SO frustrated with it right now! I don't understand how anyone can use Linux over Windows because of how unpredictable and buggy it seems to be! Windows crashes from time to time, but at least it works! I've already had a couple people look at it, and I think I'm really close, but it just isn't getting there. For some reason the hardware address of my ethernet card says FFFFFFFFF. That doesn't seem right. Anyway, if you know anyone that would like to make 20 bucks off of a possibly easy task, *please* let me know. I need it to do a homework assignment due Thursday. Thanks, Mike I've got RedHat by the way. .
