Our records show the ListProc list "IT-CULTURE" currenly has no valid owners managing the list. Email lists at the University of Washington must have a current faculty, staff or student owner in order to be maintained on UW computing systems. The ListProc service will be decommisioned soon and this list will need to be transferred by a new valid owner to our new Mailman email list service. If no valid owner can be found, the list will need to be moved to another list service provider or it will be deleted. Unless action is taken, the "IT-CULTURE" list will be deleted on 05/12/2005. If a new valid owner is appointed to this list, that individual may easily transfer the list to Mailman with our online tool at https://mailman.u.washington.edu/mailman/migrate/ If this list is still needed, the current owner may appoint a new valid owner following our ListProc instructions. C&C Client Services can help add a valid owner if the current list owner is unavailable. http://www.washington.edu/computing/listproc/owners/advanced.html#add More information regarding the transition of mail list support to the newer Mailman list service is available at: http://www.washington.edu/computing/listproc/ http://www.washington.edu/computing/listproc/lptomailman.html http://www.washington.edu/computing/mailman/faqs/ If you have questions about the transition of your list or would like to make special arrangements, please let us know.
