I have nothing to do with the book, its editors or its publishers. I posted the review to consbio because I thought its subscribers might also find the book of interest. If I had left out the publishng details I would have been asked to provide them (at considerable waste of bandwidth). Does the administration of this list really wish to exclude all mention of books, conferences and societies that might result in some financial transactions? If so, I may as well sign off this list, since it will cease to be of much use. Stephen Clark srlclark@liverpool.ac.uk .
