For this paper I want to determine if any thesauri, or thesaurus-like tools, for taxonomy exist or are under development. My specialty is thesaurus development, in a variety of subject areas; I am familiar with the Zoological Record Systematic Thesaurus, and the one prepared by Chemical Abstracts Service for in-house indexing use, but have been unable to locate any other taxonomic thesauri. If anyone on this list knows of such a tool, or can point me to someone who might have relevant information, I would appreciate it. Thanks. Jessica L.
