The Reference List for Plant Re-introductions, Recovery Plans and Restoration Programmes is now available on the internet on the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew server at the following address: http//www.rbgkew.org.uk/conservation/main.html The list have over 500 references divided into three sections: Plant Re-introductions and Recovery; Habitat Restoration and Recovery plans and Planning. The reference list is a review of the available literature on plant re-introductions, recovery plans and restoration programs. This reference list aims to provide those working in this field with a source of baseline information. This work has been produced as a collaborative exercise between the IUCN/SSC Re-introduction Specialist Group, The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and the World Conservation Monitoring Centre (WCMC), and is supported by a generous donation from the Esmée Fairbairn Charitable Trust.
