Hey y'all,

  We had a great time on the track last night.  We were only 3 of the 15 
or so people out training last night.  We did some team time trialing, 
some sprints and a few intervals before the turned the lights off on us 
around quarter to 8.
  I've contacted a friend of a friend who is willing to help coach a 
track team.  He'll help structure the training sessions and offer a lot 
of expertice where racing is concerned.  More on this subject later...
  I've save quite a list of track bike adds from internet, if anyone is 
interested let me know.  I've included a sample at the end of this message...
