The rhetorical strategy of substituting "Coalition troops" for "the current Administration's foreign policy" is an unworthy example of argument in bad faith, and should be rejected. If the Administration's policy is defensible, it should be defended upon its own merits, and not by specious insinuations that dissent from the policy is identical to ill-will toward Coalition forces.
