          Greetings all,

               So far we have about 30 on the list.  If you want to
          see a membership list you can get one by sending the message

                       review factc      (nothing in subject section)

          to     listproc@u.washington.edu

               Will retry to notify people on other campuses next
          week, but if you have some contacts please feel free to ask
          them to sign up.  Really need to find a contact on all
          campuses in order to effectively distribute and collect
          information.
