The closest source I have found, so far, is the British Library, and I don't know if they actually have the volume needed. We have a few Engelbach reprints, but not this one: Engelbach, P. 1943 "Sur un [unintelligible word] et des Hemipodes Indochinoise" in Comptes Rendus des seances du Conseil de recherches scientifiques de l'Indochine (Hanoi) pgs. 53-56.
