The following changes are scheduled for this quarter break, beginning
August 21, 1999 and ending September 26, 1999:

All Uniform Access machines:
  NETSCAPE COMMUNICATOR 4.61    Upgrade (netscape.test for testing)

Mead/Goodall:
  EGCS 1.1.2 (Gnu C)            Upgrade/new
  MATLAB REL 11                 Upgrade (matlab_r11 for testing)

Ovid/Vergil:
  EGCS 1.1.2 (Gnu C)            Upgrade/new
