The wife is enrolled at our Vancouver branch and has the opportunity to continue her degree through our Extended Program as she moves with her husband. Is it possible for her to keep resident status by maintaining all her ties even though she can't show physical presence? A shot in the dark, I know. Thanks for thoughts you have.
