I have a student who has an I-140 with Honeywell Intl Inc as the petitioner for her husband and is claiming it is the same as a "green card" for the family. Is it still only an application and no guarantee for perm res status? Would this include a family? She is so positive about it that I am wondering if it COULD be true. Thanks for an info on this.
